The taste of your product is wonderful and reminds me of my early life in the Bronx. I would however like to make a suggestion related to your packaging. If possible, it would be great if you can separate the rings of your delicious sausage into separate bags. It would make it easier to store in the freezer.

Never got an answer why I received the wrong sausage for February. The Italian sweat sausage I received was loaded with ice , thawed and cooked it very good flavor. One of the best tasting Italian sausage I’ve had,only downfall skin was very chewy. On a scale of 1-5 I give it a 4 1/2. Looking forward to the March bangers

I have only received 2 shipments so far! The sausage is arrives frozen, thats good. The two kinds we have received are very tasty. I am looking forward to seeing what else we will get!
The portions are generous for 4 people. The cost a little high. But hopefully will continue to be worth it!

Having only received our first delivery just recently, we haven't had a chance to take any pictures of our creations because we gobbled them up so fast !! We'll be sure to snap a few pix next time !! The Sweet Italian sausages were awesome !! Had them grilled and then made Sausages with Peppers and Onions on a bed of Creamy Two Cheese Polenta ! Soooo good !

Gentleman: I notice when I’m cooking any of your pork products, they don’t smell porky.
The smell is only fresh! There’s no grease or water in the pan, so, you must add
a liquid. Many other products secret lots of grease and water. I feel your pay-

The Esposito breakfast sausages, both sizes, are just marvelous. Actually make me want to eat breakfast. I was first exposed to them at the club I stay at in New York and then have been ordering them on a sporadic basis. But they are marvelous and compared with good local sausages I can get they are much, much better. Anyone who enjoys breakfast sausage could not do better than Esposito, and I am an old person with really a lot of experience.

We received a gift of Bratwurst from our youngest daughter as a gift. They were outstanding on our pellet grill. Now we are members of the sausage of the month club. As we are just two, the monthly is a little too much so we give some to neighbors.

I received the 'sausage of the month club' as a gift last year and got 6 months of meat goodness. This year I have sent it as Christmas gifts to two family members. I am sure they will enjoy it as much as I did. Highly recommended.
