Received my order on time. Brats have great taste, but seem small for a brat. Also wish they would have been sent in like packs of maybe six and not all together. They are spendy, but overall, I am happy.

As usual, excellent product ! Need a little more attention to packing and shipping sausage is shipped frozen, which is fine, but was stuck to styrofoam bottom. Some paper between the brats and the styrofoam should help.

These are really really good! Flavorful. Cook up perfectly. Had some problems with my order but they fixed it quickly and made me whole. Definitely order again!

Great brats, but wish you would individually freeze them prior to packaging. They come frozen solid and almost have to thaw them out enough just to separate them.

My husband who is from Milwaukee and “knows” his bratwurst, said “Where did you get these? They’re really good!” They’re a little too chubby to fill in a bun, but the taste is great.

Great tasting brats. We grilled them nest to a couple of ribeyes and they duu it didn’t stick around for a photo shoot. I’d buy these again. The only downside was trying to separate the five pounds of them into portions of four; because of how cold they were due to the dry ice packaging, it took a screwdriver and a mallet to separate them after a cold water soak. A small price to pay for a superior product.

Prepared some Brats by fry and braise method. Have not tried Espisito's prior to this. They were by far the most flavorful Brats I have consumed. I am more than pleased.
Only would have preferred packaging would have been 1 # vacuum sealed.

I had originally wanted to order the sweet sausage links to add to the menu for my Memorial Day Cookout to honor the fallen soldiers in our area. When I was informed that they were sold out of the product I decided to purchase the bratwurst and I was not disappointed in the flavor and taste of the product. It is a delicious option to think about if you try them.

The sausage was wonderful, however, I recall prior orders arrived fresh not frozen. We had to defrost the whole box to split it with my family four ways. As a result we could not refreeze it so that was a disappointment.

The Bradford received perfectly. They were frozen and we kept them frozen until we used them. They were delicious we had them in pretzel rolls with some sauerkraut they were excellent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to eat a nice brat on a pretzel roll..
