Really enjoyed my first order of hot Italian Sausage from Espositos. Right amount of heat and relatively lean compared to other Italian sausage. I will definitely be reordering soon.

I was so hoping that this order would be flawless but unfortunately it took 14 days and several emails back and forth for it to arrive, the shipping promise of 3-5 days is a myth. Once it did arrive there were two ropes of frozen sausage, I had been expecting the Sweet Italian Sausage to be in Link form but it was not. All I could do was to cut the semi-frozen ropes in to chunks and get them in to the freezer before they were defrosted. There are only two of us in my household so cooking a whole rope at a time is not feasible. The taste and flavor of the sausage is great, the delivery expectations not so much.

Frankly disappointed in appearance of delivery and the quality of BOTH the Hot and Sweet Sausage. The box was crushed and the sausages were frozen in a big glob which did not allow for easy separation (in link portions) or convenient refrigerator/freezer storage. The product taste "old"; it was dry and lacked expected flavor for both varieties. Rather than throw away (I won't eat the product and save myself unsatisfying calories), I'll give orders to a couple of my neighbors, since I'm not near a convenient food bank and the weather is terrible in the NW. Looked great on ads and perhaps others enjoyed the sausage, but this was not my experience

Well we tried the Hot so far and it is good. Not as hot as expected but good flavor. I only wish the sausages were packaged in smaller quantities due to the fact most are not going to eat 5 pounds at one sitting. You have to partially thaw to pull off what you want to cook. Can’t wait to try the sweet!

Received shipment with freezer burn and ice all over the 5 pounds of hot sausage. Big disappointment and inconvenience since I planned to make for Christmas. A coupon or reimbursement can’t rectify or make this better, i will never order again.

I don’t think I would buy from them again. First order was shipped to the wrong address. I ordered again because I didn’t have time to wait for someone to get back with me since all correspondence has to be done through email which took days. Never thinking it was going to be a problem to be credited for the order I didn’t receive but I was wrong. They did nothing to make it right so I paid twice. I ordered the bundle of 5lb hot and 5lb mild links but they were not links. Just one big 5 lb sausage of both mild and hot. The sausage was okay but honestly not any better than I can find local. Maybe my expectations were just to high or maybe my childhood memories more then what was. Overall I think I was more disappointed in how my situation was handled (being able to talk to someone would have helped) that I’m sure it soured my whole experience.
