Have had great success with your cheese and parsley rope sausage and hoped for similar results. There was no real evidence of pepper/onion flavor coming through although flavor overall was okay. Also casing was too tightly filled, prefer a more coarse mixture for Italian sausage.

Unfortunately the sausages were not totally what I expected. Though they were better than Florida store bought there was something missing. I expected to taste the peppers and onions but the missing ingredient was fennel.

Was very disappointed sausages came in frozen solid. I had a hard time separating them. It is only me that eats them so I had to separate them was loaded with ice shavings. Who is the sausages were old stock. They really didn’t taste the same as I can remember from the last batch that I bought, I have my doubts I’ll order them again I believe this was old stock still bad.

The sausages need to be frozen individually before packed together. I had to partially thaw them in order to pack for servings using Food Saver before re~freezing. Also, several sausages had freezer burn, unfortunately.

I wanted to buy these during the summer, but, as I live in New Mexico, the summers can be quite hot and I did not want the shipping container moving through areas of high heat. Thankfully, even though I waited until cooler temperatures arrived, I saw that the sausages arrived in a large, insulated styrofoam container with dry ice, and that I could have ordered during the summer months.
The sausages are quite tasty and go well with either mustard or bbq sauce. But don't take my word for it. Go buy some yourself!

Mild flavored sausage
no apparent pepper or onion stuffing
the grind of the meat is not as coarse as I would hoped it would be, but all in all a nice product, packed well and shipped quickly.
cooked most of it in a pepper and onion sauce and served on some rolls everyone liked them
afterwards, I sliced the remaining sausages and served in sauce with tortellini.
Family enjoyed that dish too.

Sorry to say I won’t be buying anymore. Package arrived . Poorly packaged sausages, clearly freezer burned and packaged so you can’t separate frozen layers. When cooked dried out and tasting like freezer burn. Very disappointed to say the least.

The best sausage ever. It’s made in the authentic NY Italian way and with the best ingredients. The casing even is the one I remember the butchers using when I was a kid. the sausages were great, my only problem was i did not get what i ordered. i ordered the sausage stuffed with peppers and onions, and got the sweet instead. they were good and the same price, but after waiting two weeks for shipment...well, no big deal but i think ill just buy sausage where i live.

Your staff especially Diego was so welcoming and wonderful but the delivery was awful late and left the box on the bottom step of my home. I’m a senior and disabled I fell getting the box how awful the box said leave by front door. But they left it on the bottom step of my home I have eight steps in stone. Not good. You should only use FedEx

Missed getting good sausage since leaving NYC. This sausage made up for the 20 years of not having a perfect sausage. Would have sent photo but I ate the product quickly, thus no photo. Not that expensive considering great quality and quantity.
