Great taste. Suggestion- wrap small breakfast sausages in groups of 6 or 8. Hot sausages in groups of 3 or 4.
Difficult to release from frozen state as delivered for the recipient who has arthritis.

One is not going to eat 5 lbs at one time.
Thawing process, or freezing has to be for smaller amts not the whole 5 lbs.
Smaller packages for meals have to be available.
Takes too much time to break apart 5lbs .
Think customers would appreciate it.

Thought I'd give these sausages a try and ordered some on Oct 2. Unfortunately a hurricane delayed my shipment enroute with UPS until October 14 so the sausages had not stayed cold. I was disappointed but thankfully when the the folks at Esposito's discovered what had happened, they shipped a replacement order and it arrived safe and delicious. I wish the packaging was four to five sausages in a freezer safe bag.
The way it is packaged, I have to partially thaw and re-package them myself into portions that can be used.
Just me and hubby and we can’t eat the whole box in one sitting.

Breakfast Sausages were outstanding. Flavor, crispness, and little or no shrinkage when cooking made them a hit for my family!! It was hard for me to have any for Breakfast as family members would grab one or two to snack before the meal. Definitely a winner as I'll purchase more in the future.

I probably would not buy these again. For me they are just too greasy and too expensive. The flavor is on point and everything shipping wise was excellent, just Don’t like filling up my George Foreman grill grease trap when only grilling 4-6 sausages!!

This was my 1st purchase of Esposito sausages. I am located in Lubbock, TX and didn't have a clue who they were. But their sausages looked so good in the pictures and they had really good reviews. So I figured what the he'll. I love breakfast Links but have been unable to find any locally that I really like. Well; my search is over. These are very good. I had no idea how many links were in 5# but it is a bunch. I am now looking at different ways to cook them. They arrived still frozen and in a timely manner. I will be considering some of their other items in the near future.
