Product arrived on time as advertised. I was a little taken back by the fact, the product was priced directly into a fiber board box, instead of first being placed in a plastic bag/wrap prior to boxing and freezing.

You know how it it is when you expect what your used to eating and you get something different? The way my family made it using fresh garlic,onion and parsley and basil and pounding the meat makes it more flavorful. However we did enjoy the broccoli and the sausage is amazingly good.

The bangers were delicious, just what I hoped they would taste like. My only complaint.....maybe you could freeze them in 4 seperate bags inside the box or something! I've almost killed myself twice trying to get some out to cook but not wanting to thaw the whole box. Ummmi expected alot more flavor from th Briojle. I cooked it as instructed. For 3 hours, it just was really bland, I love pork, but this just came out tasteless. Sorry guys.

It would be great if when you packaged it you could separate it better to leave frozen what you dont want to cook that day. The paper in between doesnt allow you to only thaw and cook what you want.

Made Sunday sauce with short rib Esposito's sweet Italian sausage and Esposito's pork braciole. Cook the little pasta and it was delicious well worth the wait for the braciole. The braciole is a definite reorder.

Well, I really don't know what to say. I ordered the braciole and a box it the Italian sweet sausages. A while ago. the order was delayed. then it was mixed up where they sent bratwurst instead of the braciole( I am German so I don't really need/love bratwurst). And now the braciole is sold out when I first jumped on it when it was available such that it would come for the holidays w/ my family. That said, you customer service tried to make it right by sending the braciole as soon as it comes back into stock, in a couple weeks. I gave a 5 star to braciole, because I do love you braciole, from prior orders. thanks for staying on top of that. Usually it's a whole lot easier. thx.

The brasole were so good and made with quality. I’ve never had them with pork before. I’ve always had them with beef, but once I cook them in the red gravy for three hours they were like butter.

Just awful. No flavor other than salt and the texture was very off putting. Very disappointing because I was really looking forward to trying them. I hate giving a bad review but they were really that bad I tried one and threw the rest out. It was a waste of $75.

We had four of these yesterday with Sunday dinner. I actually brown them on the grill before putting them in the sauce. Low and slow in the sauce and they're fork tender. I would like more garlic in the filling but they are really good as they are. Store them in food saver vacuum bags and freeze them. Thawed, they are as fresh as when you bought them.
Second shipment that I received was in much more durable packaging and in good condition. I just wish the shipper, UPS would offer an option for the purchaser to pick up the package when they get it. My package was 'out for delivery' at 9am but didn't get to my door until 4pm. That's too long on the truck. Not a fault of Esposito but the box is clearly marked 'fresh meat' or something along those lines.

I ordered the bracciole on Dec 27 and never received it. My payment was processed so I contacted Esposito’s via email two times. Was told it would ship and it didn’t. Today is Jan 10 and I just received an email that they were out of stock. Why when I ordered it two weeks ago? I will never order from them again. I am requesting refund. Love this bracciole! I start my sauce by sautéing the bracciole in olive oil and garlic. Add your tomatoes (and/or anything else you normally use) and let simmer for a couple hours. The bracciole comes out nice and tender, and also gives the sauce a delicious flavor.

Yes, this reminds me of what my Mama from Bari used to make. They are high quality, tasty and tender. Cooked them Mama's way: brown on all sides, add some Chianti, braise till wine is almost gone, add to tomato sauce, then bake or simmer. Molto delizioso!

Esposito's sausage is the holy grail of sausage and the bracciole is fabulous. It's not inexpensive, but after you have theirs, you won't eat any other.
