I have to say it was quite a challenge to make the skin crispy! Overall I love the taste of the porchetta, great sandwiches! The quality of the meat is very good, the shipping was quick and the package came perfectly boxed up with dry ice. We will buy again, Thank you!

Very disappointed. Extremely dry and grissly. Cooked as instructed. I have never had a porchetta roast so dry that it didn’t cut easily with a fork. This took a serrated knife to cut the meat after it was sliced off the roast.
Would not wish to buy again as this dryness ruined our Thanksgiving dinner :(

Followed directions once emailed. Cook was no problem. Several of us found the roast lacked seasoning. It would be hard to season as it's rolled and in netting. Not sure i would buy again.

West Coast Customer... Just Ordered The Porchetta Again For The Holidays... Ok.. It doesn't look like the classic traditional rolled porchetta that one see's in pictures, but it has great flavor and texture and the price is right for a household of one... What Matters Most... I Like It... I slice the leftover meat and freeze for later... Guuud Stuff... This Year I also bought some Pork Bracciole ... I like the other sausages that Esposito's makes so I am waiting in anticipation to try this sausage... My favorite is of course the Hot Italian sausage...
